What’s in it for you:

The Babysitters Course teaches youth 11 and older how to handle emergencies situations with confidence by providing basic first aid skills as well as teaches them how to care for the child in ways of changing diapers, prepare simple meals, and how to control interactions with children of all ages.

  • Safety tips for children of all ages
  • How to cope with common problems, like tantrums and crying
  • What to do if anything makes the babysitter uncomfortable
  • Some great games and other ideas for having fun with the kids while babysitting
  • How to make the children’s environment safe and enjoyable
  • What are the respective rights and responsibilities of the babysitter and the family hiring one

We also show how to handle emergencies such as,

  • Choking
  • Sprains and Strains
  • Bleeding
  • Poisoning
  • Burns
  • Fire emergency
